Italy – Gabbiano Pinot Grigio
The nose is filled with layers of citrus and tropical fruit notes with a hint of floral. The palate echoes the nose with vibrant and fresh tropical fruit flavors and the finish is long with  lively acidity.

BC – Cedar Creek Pinot Blanc VQA
Fruit forward aromas of citrus, pineapple, apricot, apple and pear are backed by subtle notes of caramel, butter, honey and toasty oak. The use of stainless steel gives our Pinot Blanc a smooth, rich mouthfeel. The finish is dry and crisp.

California – Beringer CA Chardonnay
An immediately pleasing wine, this Chardonnay is an enticing blend of ripe stone fruit and vivid citrus flavors. The bright citrus perfectly offsets the honeyed apricot, culminating in a smooth, delicious wine with a lasting finish.

Australia -Rosemount Traminer Riesling
This off-dry wine is soft and elegant with floral flavours, lemon and lime zest notes and touches of spice. Mouthwatering acidity both balances and provides backbone to the fresh fruit flavours. Excellent with spicy foods such as Indian, Thai or Cajun.
